Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

Your order will be prepared for shipping in 1-3 business days (time may differ if order is placed during a weekend or a Holiday).

Stickers & Coloring books ship locally. Please allow up to 10 business days* for your order to arrive after it has been prepared. Local ‘Oahu or Moreno Valley delivery may be available upon request.

*depending on your location, the size of your order and  weather, your order may take slightly longer to ship. 

Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking can be provided if requested – please email us. 

Shirts, prints, canvases and all other products (not including stickers and coloring books) are created on-demand at various locations within the USA, and occasionally in Mexico or Latvia. 

Items are printed within 2-5 days after order is placed. Please allow 7-13 business days for your order to ship. E-mail us if you would like a tracking number.

Currently there are many items that are not able to shipped outside of the USA. If you are interested in any of the products we offer, and you live outside the USA, please send us a message so that we can check on the availability for shipping to your country. LITT is not responsible for any VAT or customs that the order may accrue upon shipping outside of the USA

Returns are accepted if item is defective or other special circumstances.

Do not ship returns to the supplier, contact us first.

LITT Designs is not responsible for products that may get damaged during the shipping process. All of our items leave our suppliers or from our location in appropriate packaging for the product type. Contact us with additional questions.

Refunds and returns are NOT accepted for custom products.
